A month in seconds: January 2018.// Creative challenges.

I like to joke with Matt that I only hoard two things: books and memories. I have a problem with checking out far too many books from the library and buying more books for my kids than they need.  However, it brings me joy to see my kids fall in love with reading, and so I am okay with being a hoarder of children's books. I also have a problem with taking too many photographs, yet also, it brings me joy, and so I am okay with being a hoarder of happy memories.

I gave myself a creative challenge for January to capture little moments from our month using the 1 second everyday app, and here is the result:

Let us collect all the joyful moments we possibly can out of this life.

I function better when there is some type of challenge or goal on my horizon, so it was fun to try out this challenge for January. If you look closely, I did not capture footage every day of January, but I enjoyed trying. 

For my February challenge, I am going to try to photo journal every weekday. Likely, I will miss a few days as I did with this challenge, but it will be fun to try.
