What autumn in San Diego looks like.

I know that around the country, temperatures are cooling down, leaves are turning colors, sales of pumpkin spice lattes are on the rise, and sweaters and boots are being pulled out of the backs of closets, but here in San Diego, we bought a pool. When autumn rolls around, part of me always wishes I lived somewhere with real seasons, but I also love living in San Diego, especially with kids. We all thrive being outside in the sunshine every day no matter the season. Plus, we have two babies in our family who love the water. With summer being my favorite season, I don't mind it lasting a bit longer here in San Diego. Even though I wouldn't mind feeling a chill in the air and the need for a scarf, I know those days will be here soon enough, so in the mean time, I will enjoy my babies playing in the water and wearing tank tops. I have always thought pumpkin spiced lattes were a bit overrated anyway.
