Exploring Seattle.

The last place we explored on our road trip was Seattle. We woke before the sun and drove north. I think maybe my ideal day includes being dropped in a city I have never been to with nothing on the agenda for the day except to explore. It was quite a lovely way to be introduced to a new place, and Seattle charmed us.

After Seattle, we drove home in about two days. The road trip provided the perfect little escape from the routine of regular life.
