Exploring neighborhoods// North Park.

Last Saturday didn't turn out exactly the way we wanted it to, and we kind of wanted a redo. You know those days when things just don't go as planned, too many little arguments take place, and you lament it a little more than normal, because it's Saturday, and it's supposed to be the best day of the week.

So our redo on Sunday involved riding bikes, sipping cappuccinos in the sun, eating a delicious brunch to the sounds of a live bluegrass band, and exploring some artwork.

Pretty much this is what my ideal weekend morning looks like.
Foot notes:
1) We chose Urban Solace's Bluegrass Brunch for our new local restaurant to try for February to continue with our New Year's Resolution. Although we had been to Urban Solace for dinner awhile back, this was our first time for the bluegrass brunch. I'm not sure why it has taken us so long to try it, but it quickly became our new favorite breakfast spot. The portabello eggs benedict was amazing, and the live music that accompanied my mouth watering food experience made it all the more enjoyable.
2) Matt and I have been on a quest to find the best cappuccino in San Diego. Cafe Calabria has held the current number one spot for some time.

Hope you have a great weekend!
